Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We need help with our Smart Boards getting them repaired or replaced. We also needed training for new staff on the boards and technology.
  • Provide detailed upfront costs.
  • Follow up on delivery of service.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Better technology for the students.
  • Easier access for the parents.
Vanessa and Sarah were able to find a trainer that could provide in person training to staff which was important for visuals and questions.
Teachers can include a link for parents to access technology that was only available to students in the classroom.
Other companies never called back or couldn't provide the support we needed.

Working with the AVI-SPL staff especially during the pandemic was so easy. Vanessa and Sarah were always available and able to answer questions or find the answers in a timely manner. They never forgot about us being a customer.
