Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

I use AVI-SPL to coordinate specific hardware needed for electronics and electronic accessories. AVI-SPL acts as a middleman between our purchasing group and our production teams to make sure we are getting what we need. Once AVI-SPL is a trusted supplier, we are easily able to use our procurement systems to get things that we need on the manufacturing lines that we support.
  • Communicates well when support is needed.
  • Provides a contact that is personable.
  • Follows up on action items with the correct departments.
  • Coordination with shipping companies to communicate actual arrival dates.
  • Allowed us the opportunity to display communication to our staff.
Support was amazing. It was always easy to contact the person I needed. They set you up with someone that is always willing to help. While I was ordering materials, the group was in a training event. They still made time to get me quotes that I needed in a quick turnaround!

AVI-SPL was a super easy company to work with to meet our electronic and accessory needs to support our processes. I value their customer service experience, and always trying to work hard to coordinate what I need. I had a changing order based on management feedback, and they were able to give me different quotes and options right away, which met my needs.
