Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We have the product set up in our conference room. It helps with communicating with our remote workers in other areas. We now do not have to sit in separate cubes for calls, but rather in one room and it definitely helps with collaboration and team building. We also use the product for our quarterly meeting which is super helpful. Being able to present to prospective clients and investors in a room together also makes it easier to not accidentally talk over another person.
  • The desk mics are a game changer. They can be moved closer to the presenter so that there is never a missed word!
  • The camera quality is great! It's important to us to look professional to others outside of the company and this technology helps with that.
  • The quick response time on technical issues. Yes, there is always a wait time to have a tech come out. But it also goes to show they stay busy because they are in high demand! Every tech from the installation to software issues that have came to the office are very informative about the software and incredibly nice, which is appreciated more than you know.
  • We have Google Room. This isn't much of an AVI-SPL issue. But maybe just setting up a demo model of this system and see how it works. I know you guys don't set this software up often, but for a smaller office like us it may be more prevalent. But all in all it isn't a very complicated system to just figure out on your own. What I like most about the system is that I am able to change settings if needed through the Google admin portal, which is nice!
  • I can say that the conference room was a dead zone before the system was up. Not they take video calls and share information in in-person meetings to be more collaborative in meetings. Saves time.
Our touch display went down a few weeks back. Support answered right away and had someone out the next week which was as soon as they could get there. But it was fixed within minutes and we haven't had a problem again!
It has helped with the meeting for our remote managers to have all-inclusive meetings with their in-office employees weekly. Rather than everyone jumping on a Google meets call separately, the developers are able to get together in one room to talk through projects with their manager.

The install. Gabe was such a nice guy and even stayed a little late for me to explain the software system and how to use it. He did not have to do that and it was so nice not to just have to figure everything out on my own. Patrick came back the next day just to hang our other TV before another job he had to get to. Also a super nice guy and made sure I had everything I needed before he left. The project team was also amazing. Alyssa was very quick in email responses and a great source for any questions I had. David came from a recommendation and took the time to come to the space to meet myself and the CEO before we even made a decision to go with AVI-SPL for our conference room needs. Overall great communication by the team!
