Overall Satisfaction with Backup Radar
Backup Radar solved a lot of issues for us. Being a MSP, with multiple customers we have a large number of individual backup jobs running across our customer base. One of the biggest challenges has always been to accurately monitor all backup jobs, and then be able to report to our customers. In Backup Radar I can now do this in a single pane of glass, be it in Azure Backups, Acronis Backups, Veeam Backups, or Spanning Backups. We got it all covered with automated monitoring, as well as reporting on schedule to our customers.

- Positive, the ROI is no match compared to the integrity and business reputation value we get by using Backup Radar, as we do not "resell" Backup Radar to our customers, it is our internal monitoring and reporting tool for the customers we look after.
