BambooHR is not as intuitive as I would like it to be. There have been multiple times I wished that things worked differently. It is fairly easy to navigate the site once you get used to it though.
The onboarding support was exceptional! The support I've requested since then has been mostly helpful - but I like to chat with a representative rather than read blogs on how to fix things that are acting up.

BambooHR is good for companies where you're managing employee data and hiring. I don't think it would be needed within an organization that has less than 5-6 employees.
