Overall Satisfaction with BetterWorks Enterprise Goals Platform
We use BetterWorks to share top company goals, align team goals with our top goals, and have quarterly conversations about our goals and progress with our teams. Being able to see the goals across the entire company enables transparency and alignment among the cross-functional teams as well as our different departments.

- Shows how goals roll up in a tree/chart
- It's sometimes hard to see ONLY your milestones and goals
- Having more default units of measure might be nice (or being able to save your own custom ones)
- Native integrations with software (like HubSpot) would be great
- We've been able to cut down on duplicate work because we're all aware of what everyone is working on.

I haven't seen many other platforms but I've really enjoyed working in BetterWorks from day one. My team was one of the first at our company to jump in and set goals and milestones and it's been easy to use and intuitive. There wasn't much of a learning curve with the platform itself - simply with goal setting in general. It would be nice though if there were some tips on setting good goals in the platform.

99 - From our CEO and other c-level executives down to entry level employees, we have everyone using BetterWorks currently. Some set their own goals which roll up to top company goals while others are assigned a milestone and have periodic conversations with their managers. Everyone at our company has been trained in and is active in BetterWorks in some way.
2 - Our HR/people operations managers are our primary support in BetterWorks. The one who is particularly successful is very social within the company and is always providing us with tips, lunch and learns, and reminders about how to best use BetterWorks. She is going to a conference soon to learn more about the platform and bring us back that knowledge as well.

- Creating new milestones under goals
- The goals set by other team members must be written consciously and as measurable goals or it's difficult to create milestones underneath these. Goals that are too lengthy get truncated or are difficult to read. I wouldn't say this is really the fault of BetterWorks but maybe a 'draft' status of a goal would be nice.
- Viewing just your current goals and milestones is oddly difficult even when you filter by name.
- The way you submit conversations is not the most intuitive.
