Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We are a high end yacht manufacturer whose relatively small customer base is nearly entirely relationship based. We do not sell thousands of widjets which most CRM platforms seem only to accommodate. We are setting up BIGIN which has been simple and supprt from the BIGIN team has been very good.

  • Allow a sub pipeline that is actually subordinate to an existing sub pipeline
  • Too soon to tell as we are a brand new user
Far better than Sales Force, hands down.

Well suited to managing customer relationships by tailoring the stages to how we actually do business not a canned CRM approach that assumes thousands of transactions.

Greater detail in stages and transition requirements would help.
