Overall Satisfaction with BirdEye
We are a dental office with over 3000 patients. We use BirdEye to encourage our patients to leave reviews and be able to handle complaints quickly and efficiently. BirdEye integrates with our practice management software so it takes very little effort on our part.
- We have seen a huge increase of reviews being left - all but 2 have been 5*.
