Our company uses Birdeye to gather information from prospective customers, as well as currrent and past residents. This information is gathered from reviews and used to locate company areas that need improvement and staff training opportunities. The information also allows us to see what our prospects and customers are looking for and in what format they would like information provided to them.

We use this information to pinpoint areas for improvement and staff training opportunities. It also allows our customers to better understand our industry and the guidelines we are required to work within. There are always new products and knowledgeable Birdeye staff to answer questions and help you decide if a product is right for you.
Our rep helped us with a review campaign which increased our star rating and allowed to further connect with our customers.

The products and tools are user friendly, and our rep is always available to us if we need assistance. The analytics combined with monthly progress calls with our rep makes the product much more valuable.
