Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

Our company uses Birdeye for automated messages to our customers as well as responses to customer feedback on Google and other social media platforms. We have found it to be a helpful tool in communicating with our customers via text and email, as not every customer wants to make a phone call to reach us regarding different things.

I do not have much to say on this matter, as Birdeye was our selected choice before any other options had been investigated very far. Birdeye offers fair rates and made the onboarding process pretty seamless.

Birdeye is well suited for our company because we encourage our customers to reach out to us anytime of day or night if they need assistance. The platform offers many ways to customers to do so. Some examples are text, email, and it even offers video chat and some other advanced features.

Using Birdeye

Overall, Birdeye is a very user friendly platform. The only complaint I have is that the mobile app does not update as quickly as using the website. For example, company reviews do not seem to come across to the app in real time as they do on the webpage.
