Birdeye has been a game-changer for our company's review management. With multiple centers, it was a challenge to track and respond to reviews across different platforms. Birdeye's platform has centralized all our reviews in one place, making it effortless to monitor and manage our online reputation. The ability to pull reports on our Google reviews from a central location has provided valuable insights, enabling data-driven decisions to enhance customer satisfaction. Birdeye has saved us time and effort, and their support has been exceptional. Highly recommended!

  • On rare occasions, the platform does not sync to Google when a review gets deleted, so you have to put in a ticket for that, but they can also perform audits to help this not be an ongoing issue and having to keep track of each review.

We have tons of centers, so trying to get the data outside of Google is almost impossible. However, in Birdeye, its super easy and you are able to do automated reports as well.

The platform is super easy to us and allows for easy accessibility for anything you are looking for as well as set-ups for locations and the integration with the review platforms.
