Overall Satisfaction with BizLibrary
BizLibrary Content is being used by our organization to provide a wide level of training to meet a variety of needs. We house our BizLibrary Content on our own LMS. Our goals were to have a base library of trainings for individuals.

- Responsive customer service.
- Majority of training has multiple accessibility features, closed captions and transcript.
- Most training has interactions, resources, handouts and links.
- Not everything training has transcripts and closed captions.
- Interactions are limited to quiz questions.
- Personalization tool for content is limited, but simple.
- Wide range of content topics, soft skills and specific training.
- Content/learning path created for skill paths.
- Accessibility features.
- This has been a large labor cost saver as we were able to meet most basic eLearning needs via BizLibrary, It has saved us needing some additional eLearning specific position.
Great affordable content and good service. We found that each had its specialties, but BizLibrary suited most of our needs the best that we could manage. They have been very responsive and very helpful.
