Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo

We use Bizzabo as a full-service event platform. We use it to market our events, host online content, register our attendees, and for the mobile app.
  • Customer Service: they have a very helpful client services and support team.
  • Making product updates based on needs and feedback
  • The registration process is smooth
  • Sponsor profiles/virtual booths
  • There are not always a lot of adaptabilities
  • Not being able to track who clicks onto a sponsor's website from their partner listing

Bizzabo works great for registration. They have an excellent customer service team. The platform is not very adaptable, but they are making a lot of updates that are improving its virtual event functionality.
