Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We host numerous in-person events for our customer base. These events can range from 20 - 300 people and we use Bizzabo for the event platform and registration website. We also use Bizzabo internally for our company events. We've used the online / virtual platform for when we do not have the budget for an in-person event. We also use the app for our events.

Pros and Cons

Ability to set up numerous types of tickets
Provides easy to easy templated pages for the event website
Full integration with Android / Apple event app

Customized pages on the even website can be tricky to use, not super intuitive
Bring back the chat option for live support

Return on Investment

With Bizzabo, we've been able to bring back registration for in-person events
Our customers are now used to the platform and when registering for multiple events in a year they have familiarity

Cvent Event Management

CVent had a lot of functionality, but it was incredibly hard to use. Had to make numerous calls to support and take a long time to get responses.

I have used other event platforms and their event setup is very complicated. Bizzabo's dashboard really helps guide you through all parts of the event creation and the different settings. It works well for our events where we have to have different types of registration based upon different products the customer uses so we can easily segregate the attendees appropriately.
