Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions (formerly Blackbaud K–12 ON Solutions)

We currently use it as our SIS and LMS as well as in our accounting department (but not fully).
  • Ability to use one system for many school needs (enrollment, records, business office)
  • The userbility for a functional / productive SIS that addresses specific record keeping needs
  • Ability to modify transcripts for a more specific style pertaining to each school difference
  • Time savings due to an integrated suite of products
There is support but I wish you were directed to specific people who were knowledgable on your specific issue. Sometimes on chat we have to end the chat and start a new one hoping we get the right support person we need.
The ability to create reports based on specific school needs is a bit lacking as well as the ease for a Registrar to pull needed/requested data has room for improvement. Lists does help but maybe more specific training on advanced lists would be good. There are groups created that are very helpful and the access to the knowledgeable thru the system also helps.
