Overall Satisfaction with Bloomerang
We use Bloomerang to track donor data and send monthly email communication to our constituents. We also use it for donor analytics and thank you communication for donations received. The platform is primarily used by our development and fundraising department.
- Automatic calculation of donor retention rates. This tool is great to report to the board of directors on retention efforts.
- Email templates make sending monthly e-newsletters very easy and user-friendly.
- The process for entering donations is very user-friendly as well.
- I would love to see a feature to be able to pre-schedule a newsletter blast to be sent at a future date/time.
- We've been able to better track donor data and have seen a higher retention rate in donors.
- We are able to track the click through rate of links in newsletters to determine what is being clicked on and how often, allowing us to better customize our newsletters.
We switched from DonorPerfect mostly because of price and user efficiency. The tech support team at Bloomerang is great to work with as well and is always available to quickly answer questions.
