My Bloomfire Review : we need Japanese language support.

Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

[Bloomfire is being used to] share reusable sales/customer facing assets. We would like to share our contents but there is [no] efficient way without knowledge share platform like Bloomfire.
  • Sharing customer success story.. We can easily [find] some decks by customer name or solution search.
  • Sharing sales pitch.. Search function is very useful
  • Tiering and linking related topics. Bloomfire can make a summary of related topics including not only inside of Bloomfire but also outside of it.
  • Language : we need Japanese version.
  • We're startup phase in Japan so this is really helpful solution

I'm not sure about the products of knowledge base with Japanese language.
If we talk with English speaking people, Bloomfire is enough and good solution. But, I'm based on Japan and My 1st language is Japanese and [Bloomfire's] lack of multi language support is critical.
