Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We are MuleSoft Strategic Partners and we use the MuleSoft partner portal hosted on Bloomfire.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate.
  • User friendly.
  • Easy to find content.

Cons

  • Outdated look and feel; Room for improvement in UI.
  • Need to view statistics on most popular, most searched, and most liked.
  • Need provision for different users to collaborate on a specific topic like a forum.
  • I am a user and not a host so can't give any feedback on ROI.
