Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Bloomfire is used by the entire organization. It serves as a repository for all resources for the business. Bloomfire makes it easy for anyone in the organization to access information and training materials easily by typing the document name or keyword in the search bar.
  • Pulls up documents related to key word search
  • Organizes documents and resources in a logical manner
  • Is accessible through the web so any employee can access it
  • I have no complaints regarding Bloomfire's functionality
  • Resources are at my fingertips at all times
  • Working remotely can be challenging when attempting to obtain necessary documents, Bloomfire removes this roadblock
  • Bloomfire increases my productivity providing resources that I need in a matter of a second.

I have used other products at other companies, but I do not know what platform they were as those employers named the repository to align with its marketing plan.
I would totally recommend Bloomfire to colleagues. I have worked at other organizations who have utilized similar platforms that were cumbersome to use and not logically organized. I work in Medicare sales an industry that is ever changing. Bloomfire allows me to bookmark resources and allows the company to update them as needed; negating the need to download documents and keep checking to see if they have updated versions.
