Bloomfire is used as our internal knowledge exchange across all departments and 100 employees. I help us to easily share and find information for our engagements and learning.
- Easy search functions that speeds up the process of finding information.
- Ability to customize allows us to add links to other internal tools on the Homepage
- Ability to share documents with other users is very useful
- Once the platform grows with content it becomes slightly more difficult to find what you are looking for through the search bar alone.
- The view of the attachment in a post is very small and especially hard to see for an Excel file. Downloading is your only options many times.
- Increased Team Productivity by at least 50%
- Helped us to grow our startup into a business

One drive is used for collaborating on files today, but before Bloomfire it was also used as our Knowledge Exchange. This however was very hard to do as folders lived on individual's cloud storage accounts and search was almost impossible to find what you were looking for.
