Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
It is used across a few projects for the different projects to communicate and share information with each other. We often come across the same information and we are using Bloomfire as a way to have a repository of information to prevent duplication of efforts.
- I like the analytics (minus the pie charts) because they give a nice at-a-glance look at stats.
- Search function in Bloomfire works very well.
- I think we could use the tags feature more to help the search engine.
- Take out pie charts and use appropriate data visualizations.
- This engages our colleagues and consultants and helps them support state child welfare agency. I don't have exact numbers, but it is widely referenced by states.
