Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use Bloomfire at our company mainly to share info to each other since we work at different branches and from home. We just started to use Bloomfire to help manage information for our training all in one place. For training we like how it's a central location for trainers and trainees to track the training and leave comments. We also enjoy using Bloomfire for training, since it's great accountability system, we can track users' engagement with training posts and exercises.

Some cons of the Google Drive that Bloomfire has are, you cannot track when a user has last viewed the doc, Google Drive is unorganized, you cannot add metadata to the content to make it more searchable and they don’t have a customer support network.

Bloomfire is great for companies with employees spread out, to get information quickly to each other. It's also a good place for everything to be stored and not lost, like it would if you would send out an email, also you can confirm if someone has seen it or not, unlike email!
