Whole organization. Customer service for B2B & B2E, allowing virtual meetings with clients.
  • Recording meetings for later usage.
  • In meeting chat for communication between attendees.
  • Export of chat logs post meeting.
  • Computer audio vs phone audio quality. The computer tends to have less audio quality issues.
  • More face to face conversations.
  • Reduced travel cost.
