Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
Currently, we are using BlueJeans to provide CME education to EMS providers in NYS. This has allowed us to bring national speakers in very rural areas.
- Ease of use
- The recording is sent as soon as the meeting is done.
- Customer service is available when you need them.
- I would like to be able to mute specific people at times.
- I would like to be able to have a chatbox.
- Has led to increasing education in rural areas
- Has allowed national speakers and a cost-saving
- Saving on Travel
The ease of use with BlueJeans has been a plus.
