Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events

We use BlueJeans throughout all of our North American and global offices. We use it primarily for quarterly town hall meetings. We also use it for meetings that require BlueJeans features such as presenters/moderators, allowing certain people with abilities to share content and be visible. In addition, with the pandemic affecting staff to be in the office, we are now using BlueJeans to conduct all virtual meetings, new staff orientations, meetings with vendors, etc.
  • Presenting content w/ video sharing.
  • Ease of connecting into meetings.
  • Abilities for users to connect and use platform.
  • Video clarity can be improved.
  • The “Broadcast” meeting timer can be accurate as users speak after the countdown but it’s not the actual moment to speak.
  • Increase virtual presence during the pandemic.
Reports load quickly after the event is done. there are some instances where there is a lag in connectivity, depending on the speaker for the meeting.
BlueJeans is better as it is very easy to use, quality is better in both visual and audio, and there are no restriction limits in BlueJeans.

BlueJeans is good when you want to have limitations on who can be visible, see other attendees, and share content. BlueJeans has also been great during the pandemic where multiple employees conducted meetings with team members as well as clients without a hiccup. BlueJeans has continued to provided great support for our needs, primarily during the pandemic.

Using BlueJeans Events

300 - The business functions varies from bankers, administrative assistants, Business Support groups such as IT, facilities, accounting, HR, Legal, etc.
10 - The people who are tasked as BlueJean Event support are members of the facilities team, like myself, IT (who would ensure connections are intact in the offices), meeting preppers who ensure person who will be starting the meeting is queued and ready to go, and HR on Q&A segments.

Evaluating BlueJeans Events and Competitors

Yes - We were previously using a conference-line calling system, which was very outdated and inefficient with the needs of the company. BlueJeans added ease of not only speaking during a meeting but to also share their document visually so that everyone can see it and not be lost on where the presenter is at.

BlueJeans Events Implementation

Important to gather all infroamtion from client and ensure all basis are acknowledged before actually doing the installation of equipment
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled
  • 1 issue was testing to connect between other conference rooms enabled with BlueJeans

The BlueJeans Support team are very knowledgeable on how to assist users like myself. They go in-depth to source the problem and help correct the issue as quickly as possible.

There are many examples but a recent one was when we needed to locate recorded sessions from 2 years, BlueJeans was able to help us retrieve those recordings for our staff.
