Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events
We use BlueJeans Events for employee all-hands meetings and for company-wide events that reach multiple regions. The product helps us reach our international partners with ease, especially when it’s beyond the maximum occupancy a single user account allows. I like that it offers us the controlled Q&A portion and that there are no disruptions such while folks are joining versus on a regular BlueJeans account.
- Q&A management
- Sharing screens with ease by backend users
- Recording quality of meetings
- Assignment of roles to backend users (moderator, presenter, etc)
- BlueJeans Events doesn’t work well on mobile phones. Connection is difficult and [I]often find myself having to connect on a laptop.
- More functionality in the polls. For example, allowing “other” as a multiple choice option which enables users to enter in a response.
- Increased virtual participation depending on type of event.
- More international engagement.
It helps for backend users to better prepare for the meeting with the different roles. Our team always does a pre-meeting tech check prior and on the day of the event which is super helpful.
