Overall Satisfaction with BombBomb

We utilize BombBomb to send mass emails to our entire list of independent contractors to keep them up to date on important office events, trainings, and notices. This includes Weekly Office Newsletters. On an individual level we also utilize the video email feature (especially with screen record) to answer individual agent questions in a more personalized way. This really helps with our retention and saves time for our staff.
  • Mass email
  • Video email
  • Personalized email
  • Contact lists can be difficult to maintain
  • Accidental unsubscribes can quickly put a black mark on your record
  • In my experience, they act like we are criminals when people unsubscribe from us
  • Easily can share info with a large staff of people
  • Better retention from better office knowledge of available programs
  • Difficulty trying to manage the unsubscribe to keep from getting flagged by BombBomb
The office has been using BombBomb for a long time and has a lot of templates built. It would take a significant amount of time to convert over for our mass emailing purposes. On an individual level, we enjoy the video messaging option as that is not offered in all mass emailing services.

Do you think BombBomb delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with BombBomb's feature set?

Yes

Did BombBomb live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of BombBomb go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy BombBomb again?

Yes

BombBomb is great for direct, individually-sent emails where you want to custom the email, particularly with a video message.
BombBomb is not the best mass email tool that I have seen on the market. In my experience, they penalize you when people unsubscribe, even if they NEED to be receiving your emails. We have people who unsubscribe and then miss info they need for work. That's not our fault. But, in our experience, BombBomb displays that we are not a good company to mass email because of it.
