Overall Satisfaction with Bombora
Bombora gives specialized insight into specific buying intent for targeted topics. This helps our sellers know if there is a demand at a large scale for our solutions pertaining to pain points employees may be researching.

This was difficult due to the fact that we have a direct integration with salesforce and an account cannot be made without a contact. This means we have to create "dummy" contacts every time a bombora company is created. Not really bombora's problem, per say, but that is a pain point
Hard to know the accuracy. We have had instances where sales reps think the data is not accurate. But there is no way to know what others at a company are looking into.
