Overall Satisfaction with BQE CORE

We use BQE Core mainly to track basic project information - clients, project descriptions, due date - and for invoicing. We also use some of the report features to track employee utilization, project budgets and profitability.
  • Allows for projects to be organized in a hierarchy - projects with multiple phases
  • Simple navigation
  • Reports
  • Overseeing project progress
  • Resource allocation - seeing staff workloads
  • Some reports are lacking
  • The mobile app allows our engineers to submit information immediately instead of having to wait t return to the office. This has allowed for quicker and more efficient processes to take place.

BQE CORE has some missing elements that we have had to supplement with other apps and integrations. We currently use another program for project management and another for more detailed accounting. BQE CORE is the go-between holding our basic client and project information. We have some recurring problems with BQE CORE being slow at times, and support is hit or miss. Sometimes, we get great service an problems are solved quickly. Other times the issue is not properly identified, and a band-aid solution is provided.

BQE CORE Support

It's hit and miss - sometimes its great, and problems are resolved very quickly. Other times, it feels like the goal is to close the ticket as soon as possible and a band-aid solution is provided.

Using BQE CORE

I think BQE Core could be so much more, and it would be nice if we were able to better utilize/understand its functioning. As it is, it does not seem to meet all our needs.
