Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We are a logistics company, 80% of our business is handled over the phone. It's been very useful that the calls go directly to each of our sales representative cell phones if the call cannot be answered on time at the office, we don't need to worry about missed calls due to someone stepping out of the office. Another nice service is that we will get an email when there's a voicemail left on our extension.
- They respond our question quickly
- Attentive to our needs
- Phone service is easy to use and very practical
- When our phones were installed, we didn't get a tutorial on how to use them, so it took me a few days to understand the system. A first-time starting tutorial would be nice.
- That we don't usually miss calls.
- The night answering feature.
First and most important "Customer Service", CenturyLink customer service is worth zero. Also, the rates for the phone service with Broadvoice are much more accessible than the high price from CenturyLink without a good service in general.
