Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice is the phones that the company I work for switched to recently, and during our last rainy storm the power went out for a brief second. When it came back on my phone wouldn't work, so after calling and being walked through step by step of the possibilities of trying to get the phone to work. At the end of my work day I was leaving to go home and the Broadvoice guy said he would call the next day to follow up with fixing the problem, but he stayed and figured it out on his end. the next day as I returned to work, he called me directly and said he fixed the problem. I appreciate the patience and am grateful for the guy to continue working to figure out the issue and solving the problem.

well suited they will walk you threw step by step to try all the possible scenarios that may be the cause of your issue, I was patient because some of the things were so simpler to each other that I did not understand why we were repeating steps, but I don't understand the connections and how it all works so I know they have a reason for each step they walked me throw.
