Overall Satisfaction with CEIPAL ATS

CEIPAL is an efficient tool to manage employees that simplifies onboarding. I have been using CEIPAL for the last 3 years. Initially, I used it for recruitment where each and every activity of the interview was recorded and also we could source the candidates from the database. Currently, I am in HR domain and it helps me in onboarding new employees and also storing their documents. It is a tool for paperless onboarding where it has helped me to track the progress of each candidate through the various stages of onboarding process. I recommend CEIPAL to others as it is the perfect ATS when it comes to searching for candidates and onboarding new employees.

CEIPAL is a fully scalable ATS that helps to identify the job openings, source candidates, screen candidates and then place & onboard them. It is designed in a better way to provide value. In CEIPAL, we have fewer duplicate candidates but in JobDiva there are lots of duplicate candidates. JobDiva needs to merge or delete duplicate resumes.

The overall experience is very good. CEIPAL has been well very useful for me in recruitment and human resources division. It has the ability to integrate sourcing sites likes dice, Monster, careerbuilder directly into CEIPAL. We don't need to switch from one job portal to another to source the candidates, as we get them at one place (CEIPAL). It has also been very useful in onboarding for me as it keeps the track of every stage of onboarding.
