Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

Our main goal is to achieve transparency across the customer journey and to optimize this journey. This started from forecasting of materials and expected orders. In the next step, it should lead us to insights about our production process and problems [that] occur during the assembly (delays, missing parts.) Other topics in the customer journey are throughput times and delays during the order processing in the sales departments.
  • Transparency
  • Ease of use (customizing, dashboards, etc.)
  • Automatization
  • Consulting via Celonis BVA
  • Clear path to positive ROI (when, how much)
  • More features to increase data quality of source system (as this is the base for Celonis)
  • Overview of minimum data quality in source system to utilize full potential of Celonis
  • Improve of data quality
  • Throughput time decrease
  • Cost savings (P&L relevant)
  • Increased turnover
It showed us missing integrations in existing software products and business processes. It helped us to prioritize use cases based on the impact they will have on our performance. It also helps to share best practices via action flows in the organizations and across different production plants. This is also true for best practices in the sales departments.

Yes

Would you buy Celonis again?

Yes

It is great to provide transparency about your processes. It also shows you the areas in which data quality is the main issue for a better performance of the process. In this case, the help of the Celonis BVA team was great to be faster in finding the issues with data quality and possible solutions with Celonis.
