Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is used across our whole organization. It helps us with payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, and HR along with a host of other benefits. We have used it to address the labor costs in many of our locations.
  • The ability for employees to log in and see their personal information on their own phones has been very well received.
  • To see the employee and company costs of benefits is beneficial for the company and well as employees.
  • The Scheduling has provided ways for savings in labor costs.
  • Their support takes a long time to respond.
  • Support isn't always able to answer questions.
  • Takes a long time to load using Internet Explorer.
  • We have seen a decrease in labor costs due to the implementation of the Labor Cost Now feature.
  • Decreased the usage of paper allowing us to become closer to a paper free environment.
  • This has allowed us to utilize one software for time and attendance instead of supplementing to another program.
Due to difficulty with carrier feeds, we have not progressed with improvements in automation of benefits. However, compliance with PPACA rules has never been easier. The system has allowed for us to set up the look back period for the PPACA benefits as well as producing our annual tax forms for the employees and company.
The single application has been pivotal in increasing the flexibility of our managers to make critical decisions in regards to scheduling utilizing the real time view of the actual time and attendance records. This then leads to better decisions about hiring and compensation changes. This has also made our manager more efficient in submitting updated information.
The one platform has been instrumental in decreasing the time it takes for us to process our payroll on a biweekly basis. Less errors and typos have occurred, issues such as integration "glitches" are a thing of the past. We would not want to leave a single platform product again.
The versatility of Dayforce has offered many solutions to managers' requests by accessibility outside of store locations. Support's response to tickets submitted can take many days for a response. However, they are not always able to provide a solution when responding to a ticket. The mobile feature has pleased many employees.
