Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Dayforce is used across our organization. It's our primary system for managing employee data, recruiting, scheduling, tracking time, completing required forms, and processing payroll.

Ceridian does a great job at supporting clients with remaining compliant. Often we receive notifications from Ceridian via email whenever there is a legislation change in an area where we operate a business. In addition, Ceridian forecasts changes in advance to ensure that any necessary adjustments to the system are addressed timely and the impact is fully understood.
Having real-time updates allows us to prepare proper forecasting reports so that we can be sure we're staying within budget in regards to labor costs. This helps us identify where we may be over or understaffed and also helps us be more strategic when considering succession plans and development of existing employees within the organization.
Thanks to the functionality available within Dayforce HCM, we've been able to simplify our payroll process for our field, lower our costs by eliminating the need for additional systems, improve our accuracy when processing payroll as a result of enhanced reporting features and custom reporting, and we've been able to eliminate the need for an off-site firm that previously assisted us with processing transactions in our former, over-complicated systems.
We implemented Dayforce in 2014 and have slowly been building our system out to have a one-stop shop for payroll, scheduling, timekeeping, onboarding, recruiting, and even team collaboration all in one place! So far, so good, and user adoption across our organization has improved, given Dayforce's user-friendly design.
