Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It is being used across the entire organization. We are using it for all components- payroll, workforce management, benefits, recruitment, etc.
  • Seamless integration of data
  • Training- The Ceridian Education Center has a wealth of information and courses available.
  • Availability of implementation staff by email.
  • During implementation, I believe that the ICs need to have more conversations with the clients about current processes and changes that the clients would like to make. This would help the configuration process run a lot more smoothly.
  • Communication amongst their own configuration/implementation team members- sharing documents, information, etc.
  • Share more best practices with the clients during implementation.
  • We are still in implementation, but we anticipate increased efficiency, as most of our current processes are manual.
  • We are still in implementation, but we can already see how this will reduce discrepancies within time and attendance, lowering payroll costs.
  • We are still in implementation, but the geofencing capabilities will increase productivity in our childcare areas.
It will enable us to more smoothly navigate tax laws and employment regulations withing DC, MD, and VA. This is a tremendous aid, as the laws differ between states and location within the states. There is a lot of room for error in this area, and the automated processes will cut down on that.
Employees are able to make better decisions, and we are better able to determine our scheduling and hiring needs for the future. We will be able to forecast payroll expenses, and our needs for staff in additional areas or capacities. We are excited about the succession planning capabilities of the systemb as well.
There is a lot less room for error when everything is in one platform. All parties that need to be involved are notified in a timely manner, which allows us to provide better service for our staff. There's less paperwork with this process, and a lot less for us to worry about getting misplaced or entered incorrectly.

Dayforce will be great for our organization, especially with document management and info sharing. The profile information that moves seamlessly between module to module, and alerts and notifications to proper parties will be very helpful. This would be a challenge for anyone who does not want administrators to be privy to certain information.
