Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Used in North American for Payroll and in Canada for Timekeeping.
Pros
- Pays employees accurately, which is key given we operate in a union environment.
- Pays employees timely since our leadership team reviews this as an SLA.
- Customer support is responsive, especially when we are a legacy customer.
- Ceridian team did an excellent job with us creating an ROI analysis to add greater functionality to the tool.
Cons
- Interface seems stiff and not too dynamic and is quite non-intuitive to allow users to navigate.
- Recruitment modules are weak and I decided to go elsewhere for this capability.
- Ceridian tends to throw out new approaches like Paying employees daily, but I'm not sure how practical this is within mid-market organizations.
- Their advisory team with Matt Stoll is knowledgeable and bright and helped us with our ROI analysis.
- My Sales executive Mike Giunta is responsive to my needs.
- My customer rep Mike Kelly is responsive to my needs.
- Rick Derse is extremely knowledgeable in this space.
Ease of use and less privacy/data challenges with non-integrated systems. Having the ability to have a manager review their employees time/payroll in one application is extremely helpful.
