Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce for our day to day work. This includes payroll, vacation balance, employee files, documentation, certification, reports, attendance, survey, HR policies, onboarding, hiring etc. Now we are working on a new document management feature. It is another feature we are excited to implement and use it. It will allow us to have everything in one system.

From my experience, Dayforce is helping us to comply with privacy legislation, by allowing us to categorize, download and secure documents that follow under that legislation. Also, by having the feature to download HR policies and assign them to employee, it is helping us to comply with different pieces of legislation.
It is easy to have everything in one system. Having all employees' information in one - it eases the workload. It also help employees to stay connected with the company and the company to stay connected with its employees.
Dayforce is my first Human Resources Information system I have ever used. It is hard for me to compare or evaluate Dayforce, since I did not work in other system. Based on my 2 years experience working in Dayforce I can state that I like it and now I am less likely to switch to another one
Easy to work with Ceridian customer service and easy to work in actual Dayforce. The system is user-friendly and whenever you have any questions you can call customer service or submit tickets on issues you are having. They are so fast in getting back to you.
