Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is our complete HRIS suite. Dayforce allows us to streamline our processes and helped tremendously in our onboarding. The LMS also helped tremendously improve our process for tracking training.
  • Payroll--Very easy process and the reporting is a breeze
  • Creating earnings codes is a snap
  • Onboarding made easy
  • Difficult to figure how to do things but once you do it is easy
  • PTO Balances no future reporting
  • Customer Service-would be nice to have a dedicated person to call
  • Increased productivity not manually tracking
  • Cost of paper and time with electronic files
We are a heavily regulated industry and Dayforce is great at helping with Compliance. We use it to help with both internal compliance as well as our client compliance. The LMS component is easy to use and works great for compliance tracking. The payroll system does very well with OT and the various state tax withholdings.
The single application has been amazing. Our previous provider you needed to work across multiple platforms to get something like a paycode or holiday added. The seamless integration between the systems means you save time, energy and money by being able to have all of the component parts on the platform talk to one another.
Time saving...UKG systems do not speak to each other well and it makes for time wasted and headaches. To get something done in ADP you need to make multiple calls and waste time speaking to multiple people. ADP GL creation is so complicated that I as never able to really make it work without calling the customer service department.

I love using Dayforce. As soon as you figure the system out it is so easy to use. The fact that there is one platform and the component parts (payroll, HR, etc) all speak to one another makes the system amazingly integrated
