Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is our current HRIS system we use for payroll, benefits, workflow management, and learning modules.

  • Managing multiple job codes at multiple job sites
  • It is a complicated system to learn when new system administrators are involved
  • More communication around learning opportunities
  • With Payroll we have seen the ease of it and it has allowed our Payroll Specialist the time to take on other duties
  • Cost savings in time management of Paid Time off
It helps with compliance of state and local taxes and compliance along with overtime, healthcare and other regulations.
It has positively impacted our organization as we hire a majority of part-time staff and lots of time seasonal, so staff that are coming back from year to year.
It makes it easier for our staff from the employee level and from the leadership level. Keeping everything in one spot is much easier to manage and keep up with.

Ceridian Dayforce does a lot of things and is so much better than the system we had previously. However, it is complicated. You have to have staff that are dedicated and sticking around. When a change in leadership occurs, it is very complicated to learn from scratch.
