Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com
We are using it for building our payment gateway service where customers (in high volume) can pay with ease using their debit/credit card or e-wallets without the need for us to be PCI-DSS compliant. We also use the feature to pull payments reports daily for the purposes of internal reconcilliation. Probably more.
- Documentation and ease of use/integration
- Strong support
- Amazing dashboards and controls through the UI
- I think it's enough feature rich and have never had any similar issues using Checkout.com
- I'm not sure about numbers but it did a lot in terms of lowering the costs of processing customer payments
I don't think I have such experience to answer that. All of our traffic is mainly in the UK.
