Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com

We are using it for building our payment gateway service where customers (in high volume) can pay with ease using their debit/credit card or e-wallets without the need for us to be PCI-DSS compliant. We also use the feature to pull payments reports daily for the purposes of internal reconcilliation. Probably more.

  • Strong support
  • Amazing dashboards and controls through the UI
  • I think it's enough feature rich and have never had any similar issues using Checkout.com
  • I'm not sure about numbers but it did a lot in terms of lowering the costs of processing customer payments
I don't think I have such experience to answer that. All of our traffic is mainly in the UK.
I'd say it's been amazing lately. Always ready to assist and being able to solve the case together.
