Overall Satisfaction with ChowNow
We are an experienced user of the ChowNow platform, using it here at our location for 8 years. ChowNow provides us with a simple and effective tool, providing our guests with online ordering. Using this we are able to offer a simple way for our customers to interact with our menu and drive repeat business. The information gathered helps us keep customers returning.
Pros
- Simple online ordering
- Unique mobile ap for us to showcase our menu
- email campaigns designed for repeat business
Cons
- Better structure of Pizza menus to ease 86 toppings
- The new interface could use some work. Smaller fonts make the "tickets" difficult to determine correct information. The system defaults to the last ticket time - The standard system was actually more accurate
- Ease of use !
- Easy to setup and maintain
- Relatively low cost for use
- Returning guests from the email campaigns
- Offering easy to use online ordering has increased sales
- Slice
Slice appears to be a lower cost and quite popular in our industry (Pizza) however their tactics to acquire new business are questionable at best!
