Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series

Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones

We use Cisco IP Phones to give to all users a deskphone to use for business calls. We don't want users to use their personal phones for business calls.
  • Conference call
  • Transfer call
  • Hold/resume
  • Call Park
  • Call Pickup
  • Administration remotely, like web interface
  • Security features and tools to automate migration from one cluster to another one
  • Flexibility
  • Cost savings
  • New features
  • Simplicity to use
Are more expensive then Yealink phones, for sure, but they are more stable speaking about software, are more stable on the calls, and the audio/video quality is really better.
Well it improves the way we speak with other countries, we don't have to constantly repeat "I don't understand" due to poor audio calls.
I've never contacted support.

Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex DX80 (discontinued), Webex Calling
It is well suited in service desks or operator offices, where maybe you have multiple lines, shared lines, call pickup and call park features.
Everywhere there is a contact center because it integrates well with contact center servers and give lot of feedback to users.
