Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Desk Pro
Cisco Webex Desk Pro is an all-in-one collaboration platform that combines video conferencing, content sharing and digital whiteboarding into one software. My organization used Cisco Webex Desk Pro during the pandemic for the work-from-home setup and it was absolutely fantastic. It optimizes the audio and video quality and allows noise cancelling during online meetings.

- The Webex assistant helps navigating through the software really easy
- The extended monitor features also helps a lot during meetings with many participants
- The training centre and event centre are separate software by Webex but they should be integrated into one
- Its too expensive
- There is no option for third party integration
- Noise cancellation during video meetings
- Multi conference feature
- Remote testing of other units
- It helped a lot during the pandemic for virtual meetings
- It facilitated us to do remote job operations
- We didn't have to go the office to test new software and could do it all from home
Cisco Webex Desk Pro provides better features more so than Zoom Events but Zoom Events had much lesser pricing and was pocket friendly. Cisco Webex Desk Pro is more sophisticated and more professional it also provides better audio and video quality during virtual meetings. All in all Cisco Webex Pro was better than Zoom Events but way costlier.
