Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex DX80 (discontinued)
I'm a user of the Webex platform and Cisco Webex DX80 is one of the best video conferencing systems I could find. It has it all which makes it an all-in-one design. It provided a complete package for my meeting room, from high-quality video and integrated audio to the sleek touchscreen interface and high-end security features.
The biggest problem it solved for me is maintaining top-notch security while not compromising the features and video quality. Since it's backed up by Cisco's robust security protocol, I didn't have to worry about any security breach.

- Provides High end Video quality
- Integrated Audio is just amazing
- Security is top of the line
- High compatibility with other Cisco collaboration tools
- The deployment can be a bit easier as it'll take a pro to do that
- The camera quality is amazing but sometimes there's a jitter
- The support staff takes a lot of time when contacted so that could be better
- It saved us a lot of time and money during the pandemic. We had our weekly meetings remotely with the help of Cisco Webex DX80
- It reduced our cost of physical travel and meeting setup
- Also, the market value is still high for the used equipment so whenever you want to upgrade to a newer model, you can always sell it for a good price and shift to the upgraded model
Didn't have any experience with other product lines as our company was a user and a fan of the Cisco Webex platform so didn't bother to go to any other competition. Webex provided us with all that was required to fulfill our business needs while maintaining high end.
