CodeTwo Signatures has been the only tool that has managed to cover all the company's needs, making the governance and management of our email signatures a breeze. The whole process from implementation to production went smoothly, without any problems whatsoever. The support page contains clear and precise instructions, covering all the different scenarios you might encounter in an implementation of this type. Users are delighted with the automatic integration of signatures, both in the Outlook email client and on their mobile devices.

Based on my experience, CodeTwo perfectly solves the problem of centralised signature management, preventing users from modifying signatures. It is not suitable for very small companies, but it works great as a solution for companies with more than 50 employees.The ability to use AD-based attributes is a great plus.
