Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solution across multiple companies that vary in size and dynamic. From small 10 user base to big 250 user base. This solution offers a robust and intuitive admin panel allowing for configuration of signatures exactly how you like it even in multi-department company with multiple templates appended to various groups of people.

While for now we use this software to solve a simple issue: unification of signatures across company, the marketing department is always interested in the potential of banners and ads in every outgoing email. Legal teams is also satisfied (not an easy feat) knowing all emails have legal note appended and knowing that it can be adjusted in moment's notice.
  • Easy UI allowing delegation of duties to Marketing department, legal team or even HR.
  • Easy setup making this solution suitable for inhouse team even in smaller companies.
  • Granullar controll over who, when and what kind of signature is assigned.
  • Signatures template editor can be fussy (though F5 usually fixes the issue)
  • Signature selection when using shared mailbox is not ideal (there is a technical reason for that but I believe CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 team can find a solution).
  • It's hard to evaluate ROI on unified signatures. Initially signatures were static and so little time was spend on this aspect. Now that we have CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 small adjustments to company signatures are more common so more time is saved by not doing it by hand.
  • Once anyone getts sued the ROI will be amazing knowing all the legal disclaimers were and always are in place.
  • People visibly appreciate that EVERYONE has internal phone no. in the signature and that it's always up to date.
I was not the one evaluating and so I can not remember the names of other solutions. What I do remember is that CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 provides the most robust set of features (and now we know that it is also very stable) for a reasonable price.

Best for: big organisation where adjusting signatures in Outlook for every user "by hand" any time a template changes is unsuitable.

Good for: Ensuring that all users are compliant with company signature even if they do not want to be

Not the best: Small company that can change all signatures by hand in a matter of minutes rather than hours
