Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

CodeTwo has provided us with an email signature solution that allows us to create dynamic email signatures quickly and easily for our whole organization. This has solved multiple problems for us. 1) The time of creating individual signatures for each employee. 2) The time of implementing the signatures. 3) Making sure the signatures are being used when we want them to.

  • Integrates with Microsoft nicely
  • Could have more options to customize signatures
  • Undo button would be nice when customizing signature designs
  • Modernize the look of the app

CodeTwo is great for all organizations. It allows you to create multiple signatures for different employees/scenarios if needed. It is also useful if you need an automated message or disclaimer attached to the end of your email. Unless you have less than 10 employees it can be used by anyone.
