Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365
We used the old on-premises version of CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 for over ten years. When we migrated to the cloud, this was the logical decision. It works every bit as well as the older version and is a pleasure to work with. It allows us to have a uniform signature throughout the company, insert quarterly marketing blurbs, and embed our logo into emails instead of only linking it.
- Has both a desktop and web-based rule/signature editor
- Can embed graphics into the email
- Has a rule system that can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be
- Very affordable pricing
- No need to try and manually create/update/manage signature blocks on each employees' copy of Outlook
- No need to use Microsoft Office's less than useful signature features
- Easy to schedule marketing blurbs that appear after outbound emails
We didn't shop around for different products because we have ten years of experience with CodeTwo's on-premises solution, which worked great. The transition was seamless. I didn't even have to redesign our signature block.
