Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use CodeTwo in order to streamline the design of our email signatures. We also use it to deploy specialized marketing campaigns when necessary. CodeTwo is being used by the entire company and its implementation has saved us countless hours that would have been spent trying to manually set up a signature for each new employee.

Managing templates of signatures
Altering which template is used based on external vs internal
Fast and responsive customer support

Cons

License consumption - I wish it did not consume a license just if a user sends an email through the tenant.
The web interface was tedious at times but overall its functionality has everything a user would need to set up a good flow.
I enjoyed the application interface over the web version so it would be nice to still use that as a supported option.

CodeTwo is great for streamlining a template email signature within an organization with over 50+ users. The time saved by implementing this service is worth it on its own, let alone the added functionality that can be found. I believe companies with fewer employees might find it hard to justify but from a marketing perspective/company image, it makes sense.
